As RCT Labour invests almost £75million on schools throughout the County Borough, delivering a first-class education clearly remains a key priority for the Council.

There was huge demand for the approximately 30 places offered with over two thousand applications received, illustrating just how much the scheme is needed due to the scale of the problems of youth unemployment.
