Rhondda Cynon Taf Labour Group are made up of 60 Councillors who represent communities across the Borough.
As the largest group on the Council, Labour control the Council and form the Cabinet, which makes the key strategic policy decisions for the Council.
Labour regained control of the Council from Plaid Cymru in 2004 and were voted back in at the 2008 and 2012 local elections.
Labour has a strong record of delivery and investment in frontline services and regeneration. Despite the tough financial landscape, RCT Labour will continue to ensure service provision is of a good quality, is equitable and compares favourably with other local authorities across Wales.
